Some bad moments
The last two days it has not worked on my cell phone at all and this morning it wouldnt even load. Until now I would have given 5 stars but I couldnt even open support to report the problem. Maybe it is fixed now.
This app is just plain awful. You cant choose the color or style of your font. You also cant center the font so sometimes it looks off. Maybe its better if you pay for VIP but I doubt it.
Since the last update it does not sync with Facebook at all. Please fix!
This program used to work quite well. Then it was upgraded and ever since, I can view peoples birthdays but every time you try and send a card via Facebook you get the message"sent a bad parameter" and no longer can cards be sent. Not sure what was done when they revamped the program but I liked it before. It is not useable now. Only if you want to use it as a reminder but forget about sending anything.
The app used to be quite good. It didnt catch all the birthdays from FB. And it wasnt easy to add the missing ones.
With the updates it is much easier to add people the app missed.
Heres my problem. The have added "celebrity" announcements to the app with reminders popping up virtually every day. I dont want nor do I care about celebrities or their birthdays. Any big fan will the birthday of the celebrity the follow without reminders from an app.
Its so annoying Im thinking of uninstalling.
There are glitches in the app that need fixing. On several occasions you click on a card to send and share on Facebook and before you can hit the post button it closes. I dont know what the issue is, but it is frustrating.
